1、 The purpose of the fan
The 4-79 centrifugal fan can be used for indoor ventilation and air exchange in general factories and large buildings. It can be used as both input gas and output gas. The types of gases transported are air and other gases that are non self igniting, non exploding, non entangling, harmless to the human body, and non corrosive to steel materials. There shall be no viscous substances in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained shall not exceed 150mg/m3. Gas temperature: not exceeding 80 ℃, gases with similar properties can also be selected.
2、 Type of fan
1. Each fan casing is made in two types: clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation.
2. The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing. 4-79 type fans No3A~6A are all made into one type at the factory, and the user unit installs them in the required position according to the requirements. The adjustment range of the air outlet position is 0 ° C~225 ° C, with an interval of 45 ° C; The adjustment range of the air outlet position for No7C to 8C is 0 degrees to 180 degrees, with an interval of 22.5 degrees; The positions of the single inlet and dual inlet air outlets for No10E-20E are fixed in three different sizes: 0 degrees, 90 degrees, and 180 degrees, and cannot be adjusted. 3、 The structure of the fan
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, and a motor. In addition to the above-mentioned parts, No7C~20E also have a transmission part.
1. Impeller: composed of a backward inclined circular arc thin plate blade, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate. All are made of steel plates and have undergone static and dynamic balance correction, with good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.
2. Chassis: made into two different types. The No3-12 chassis are made as a whole and cannot be disassembled. The casing of No14-20 is made into a two-piece design, divided into two halves along the horizontal plane and connected by bolts.
3. Air inlet: made as a whole, installed on the side of the fan, with a curved cross-section parallel to the axial direction, which can allow gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.
4. Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearings, pulleys or couplings.
